About Me
I'm a passionate, driven, hard-workin' fool crazy about design and clean code, although it took me a while to find my special place in the professional world. At the age of 16, I discovered Photoshop when I discovered my love of photography. After over 3 years of practice, I moved to Louisville, Kentucky and opened a Photography Studio. While I loved the work, I realized that Photography was better left a hobby. I took a job in Graphic Design, making brochures, flyers, website graphics, etc. The more I made graphics for the website, the more I realized that my passion was in Web Design. After tutoring myself with w3schools articles, I was able to land a job as a Web Designer. I learned best practices from my fellow workers and my passion only grew from there. I thrive on learning new techniques and working with other like-minded folks.
Web Design is not my entire life, though. I'm also crazy about serenading myself with my beautiful cherry red Fender Jaguar. I spend most evenings making music and trying my best to record something with a smidgeon of quality.
When I find the time, I absolutely love to travel. A year ago, I ended up in Northern Spain, where I'm now living. Living here has given me the opportunity to travel quickly to other beautiful cities in Spain as well as southern France, Italy and Portugal. On random weekends, I like to visit the beach, hike mountains or go canoeing. Life is fantastic!
